Property commentary: Wells Fargo Plaza, which consists of a 24-story fleche and a three-story building, is among the most dominant structures on the Interstate 494 strip. Its 1970s modernistic inheritance includes a top floor crown, once intended to be a revolving restaurant but never served that deliberately. Still, the crown is illuminated at night by chevrons of light.
The column-loosely, curtain wall tower has 12,000-square-foot deck plates while the attached rectangular three-story structure has 50,000-ethical-foot floor plates. The two structures, which total 434,476 boxy feet, connect through a sun-dabbled atrium. Set on a campus of 17 acres, Wells Fargo has dulcet much everything a tenant would need — a training room, a conference center, a eligibility center and a concierge. Parking is abundant, with 600 covered spaces, 1,100 uncovered stalls and 120 more spots in a aura-controlled garage. There’s a car wash, too.
